Responsibilities
- Read blueprints & specifications to lay out work
- Safely operate tools & equipment
- Unload materials to access, relocate, and/or hoist as needed
- Erect and install construction cranes & hoisting equipment
- Assemble rigging to move materials
- Direct crane operators with hand signals or radios
- Select, cut, bend, position, and secure steel bars or wire mesh to reinforce concrete
Key Skills & Attributes

- Strong communication skills, reading & numeracy
- Strong problem-solving & planning skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints & specifications
- Very good muscular coordination, agility & balance
- Ability to work at heights & lift in excess of 25 kg

- Willingness to work at various work sites
